To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your item was received damaged you will not be responsible for return shipping costs. Use the contact us page to replace an item that is damaged/defective.
Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic we cannot process returns as normal. Please contact us on how to return or exchange an item.
We'll process your request as soon as we receive your return. If we are out of stock on an exchange we will notify you and ship out the replacement as soon as new goods arrive.
